Customization: We create an interactive virtual room for your event and customize it with your logos, colors and message.

Event Registration & Promotion: Our "Event Manager" is a powerful tool that allows you to promote your events easily. You can create a custom registration page, schedule automated invites, reminder email and even Twitter reminders.

Pre-Event Arrangements: The omNovia team works with your AV (Audio Video) team to prepare the event. Optionally, one or more omNovia engineer(s) may travel to the event and provide on-premise service to ensure the highest level of service.

Live Support: We provide live support within the virtual room to your presenters and attendees. If requested, our support team can record your event.

Event Reporting: From attendees' geo-location to their answers to poll questions, we provide advanced reporting and user analytics to help you measure the effectiveness of your communications and keep in touch with your attendees.
